ZUCCHINI AU GRATIN
1k zucchini - 250g prawns - 250g tomatoes - 1 onion - 1 / 2 l. of white sauce - grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Wash zucchini and cut lengthwise. Remove the pulp and reserve. Cook zucchini in boiling water 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Sauté the chopped onion for a few minutes, add the pulp of the zucchini and tomatoes peeled, seeded and squares. Cook for a few minutes, add peeled and chopped shrimp. Remove and fill the zucchini with this charade.
Top with bechamel sauce zucchini. Sprinkle with cheese and grill.
