TRANSMILENIO deterring? Congestion


is not clear how the increase in the rate of TransMilenio, is in agreement with the District government's policy of discouraging use of private and public transport group, without considering the remarkable deterioration in the presentation of the service we've experienced users. This increase goes against everything the current administration said on mobility in the city, this measure is encouraging more users of the system has to resume their old ways of transportation and if we add the obvious decrease in step frequency of routes and the unbalanced design of services as to cite just one example in the Trunk Caracas during During peak hours, there are completely stuffed vehicles, while others circulate in just a few passengers (this service in H). Although it is almost impossible to imagine the possibility of congestion charging work in Bogotá, the reality is that not only are a solution to reduce congestion in the city, but a resource for the road network (which both need it).
I do not know what type of scheme can be applied to the implementation of collection points on open track (imagine the line of vehicles to enter downtown on the street 26 or the Beltway), because you can not neglect the time would take to collect the money, deliver the returns and other delays at peak times, be quite complicated for users who have to pay in addition to long lines and this decline is not "apparently" congestion.

Si queremos mas y mejores vías para que nuestros vehículos transiten debemos aportar mas recursos, o sino mejor nos vamos en TransMilenio, en donde solo incurrimos en el costo del pasaje y disfrutamos de un viaje seguro, rápido y eficiente, con lo cual realmente estamos aportando mucho al ambiente y la movilidad de nuestra ciuad.
