HAZELNUT COOKIES
Ingredients 500 gr of hazelnut
350 gr of sugar, lemon zest
3 egg yolks 1 whole egg. Shreds
hazelnuts and mix with sugar, then add the lemon zest and egg yolks one by one, finally the whole egg.
Mix well, shape and baked cookies 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
